Hey Jon, thanks for the link to your sight. Pretty good info. I would just like to add my two cents to your drilling expedition. I also opted to drill my pipe before bying a Jardine. I never could get the sound I was wanting from the drilling process, go for the after market slip-on...other than a little bluing you wont be disappointed. I ride with a guy who rides an old Sportster and the Savage holds it own audibly. I don't however, recommend riding with no muffler, it will turn the heads of the most liberal loud exhaust loving police officers. Sounds like a Salt flats racer.....
